A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section nineteen, relating to
authorizing the board of registration for foresters to
promulgate a legislative rule relating to the
registration of foresters
.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section nineteen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-19. Board of registration for foresters
.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on
the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-nine, under the authority of section six, article
nineteen, chapter thirty, of this code, modified by the
board of registration for foresters
to meet the objections
of the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled
in the state register on the twenty-ninth day of September,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, relating to the
board of registration for foresters
(registration of
foresters, 200 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Board Of Registration for Foresters
to promulgate a
legislative rule relating to the Registration Of Foresters
.
